Fitness is coming home

During lockdown, the way we trained changed and what seemed an unfortunate necessity of training indoors soon became the preferred way to keep fit.

This included a loyal group of 10 clients who would normally train outdoors 12 months a year. They realised their training and fitness benefited just as much if not more from the indoor zoom sessions; they were consistent with attendance and missed minimum classes, even if childcare or work demands changed.

Due to the continued demand, amazing results and support we have been shown, we have now opened up our sessions to anyone who wants to keep fit in the comfort of their own home, hotel, or when away on holiday. We have recently picked up clients all over the UK, and even abroad.

John Wilkinson

John is a Performance Nutritionist and fitness coach with experience at elite level in professional sport. John's extensive knowledge in nutrition, and previous roles as Head of Nutrition Performance at Wigan Warriors, and Marriott head chef has seen him work with an array of professional sports teams and athletes around the world, including the 2012 Olympic Games.

Paul Johnson

Paul is a professional strength & conditioning coach with over 25 years’ experience in professional Rugby League. Paul’s knowledge and experience has been built from numerous years competing as a professional sportsman and coaching elite level athletes. Previous roles include Head of Strength & Conditioning at Wigan Warriors Rugby League.
